Our medical providers are trained to handle workplace injuries and illnesses and are directly contracted with us, which ensures that they provide quality care and help control medical expenses. Medical Access Assistance (MAA) is available toll free at (888) 799-6477, 7 am – 8pm (Pacific) Monday through Saturday to help injured employees find available MPN physicians or to help with scheduling medical appointments.

Preferred takes fraud seriously and reports all incidents of suspected fraud to our Special Investigations Unit (SIU). We take aggressive steps to mitigate financial loss from abuse while actively partnering with law enforcement to effectively resolve fraud cases.
