We’re excited to announce the launch of Preferred’s enhanced online portal, designed to give you greater control, faster quoting, and a smoother overall experience.
What's New:
- New Dashboard with Quick Quoting Access: Check eligibility and start your submission as soon as you log in, all from one central hub.
- NEW: Introducing Online Bindable Quotes!: Online bind options are now available once policies are quoted.
- Streamlined Location and Officer Entry: Utilize Google Autocomplete to fill in location addresses and reduce errors. Officer information and additional locations are not collected until bind to save time.
- Fewer Steps: Easier risk assessment with Dynamic Prior Loss Questions and Rating Factors. Just check a box for new ventures with no prior coverage.
- Easier Document Upload: Drag & drop capabilities, larger file size limit, and multi-select document type for faster, easier uploading.
Our legacy portal, Agency Connect, will be retired 9/15. Submit all new business moving forward in the new portal.

- Need an account?** Contact your agency admin or email [email protected]. An agency admin guide to adding/editing internal users is available on our blog here.
- Select the ‘Start a New Quote’ button from the dashboard.
- Follow the steps to receive a quote, bind, or refer to underwriting.
